Staying here was a great experience. The hotel is clean and has a good location not far from the airport, making it easy to get to. The staff is friendly and accommodating in providing transportation and assistance. They have good facilities and offer a delicious breakfast.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel is conveniently near Kansai Airport. Helpful and kind staff at the reception. Easy check-in with ALIPAY app. Nice and spacious room with all facilities. Clean bathroom with new equipment and hot water. No clothes cabinet, but clothes hanging stand provided. Breakfast with delicious Chinese style food. Appreciate the reception staff for assisting with sharing a bus to the airport.

We were particularly grateful to one of the reception staff for helping us share a bus to the airport with a Chinese group, which saved us a lot of hassle. we had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel.
